Why we started

HR leads and small-business owners deserve a board that reads like a practitioner's notes: clear, opinionated, and grounded in actually building a handbook from a blank page to a signed acknowledgement.
How we work
We get hands on with each tool the way an HR team would — building real handbook content: a code of conduct, PTO and leave policies, a remote-work section, and an acknowledgement page — then write up what we found in plain language. How we stay independent
